    NOT Included:

    ** IMPORTANT NOTES ON PRICING **

    Prices vary based on:

    • Group size
    • Level of customization
    • Complexity of requests

    Late-Booking / Last-Minute Surcharge Policy (applies to all services):

    To ensure the highest quality experience — including authentic experiences, best hotel rooms, and restaurant reservations — planning should ideally begin 9+ months before your trip.

     

    Surcharge Structure for Requests Made After Initial Planning Timeline:

    • Requests made under 9 months before departure: +10%
    • Requests made under 6 months before departure: +25%
    • Requests made under 3 months before departure: +50%
    • Requests made under 1 month before departure: +100%

     

    ⚠️ Important:

    • No guarantees can be made that all requests will be fulfilled if planning begins late.
    • The later the request, the higher the risk of limited availability for authentic experiences, preferred hotels, and restaurant reservations.
    • Clients are advised to start planning early to ensure the best options and a smooth experience.
